8. Failed Delivery or Return to Sender
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated absence, refusal of delivery, or another reason not attributable to us, and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you.
In such cases, we may offer one of the following:
- reshipment of the order, with additional shipping charges where applicable
- refund of the product price, excluding shipping charges, unless the failed delivery was caused by our error or applicable law requires otherwise
