1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and with all labels attached.

  • The return request is made in writing (email) within the 14-day window.

Exceptions:
Custom-made items, undergarments, or products marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return or exchange, email us at info@albumleo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

We will provide instructions and authorization for your return shipment.

3. Shipping and Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or wrong items sent.

  • We recommend using trackable, insured shipping. We are not responsible for lost parcels.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of return receipt and inspection.

  • Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • You will receive confirmation by email.

6. International Returns

International customers are subject to the same policy. Any customs or duties paid locally are non-refundable.

7. Return Rejection

Returns may be refused if:

  • Items show signs of wear, washing, or use

  • Labels or packaging are missing

  • Products fall outside the stated return period

Rejected returns will not be refunded or resent.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under EU/Hungarian law.
